Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery. If something happens, be sure to let our support team know your problems via firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not accept returns except the damaged items due to shipping. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 24 – 48 hours of placing your order, contact our support team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands. We like to reduce unnecessary shipping (and save you unnecessary costs) where possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund of item or exchange it for something else. You can exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the shopping costs.
